INFRARED
Electric Infrared Panels:
CSI develops electric IR panels that can reach very high power density (up to 700 kW/m²) in order to laminate successive layers of polymers in a very short time.
Adapted to continuous processes on rolls or between rolls, or in “sheet to sheet” processes, IR panels react almost instantaneously, allowing for accurate and efficient temperature control from pyrometric or line-related information (stop, slow down, change of thickness or change of product, etc.).
CSI panels can be used in any position and can be easily integrated into an existing line, bringing the right energy to the right place. Our adjustable IR panels can also be used for temperature correction on the web during production and can supply the required energy at specific points on the roll.
Finally, CSI dryers are designed for quick and efficient maintenance.
ultraviolet
UV curing on floor coverings :
CSI develops UV systems for flooring lines that are coated with clear top varnishes gs (vinyl floors, parquet floors). The UV treatment gives these finishes better resistance to stains and scratches as well as increased anti-skid and waterproof performance. The use of UV light adapted to the wavelength of the coating guarantees low energy consumption.
Some UV curable dyes are also available in addition to varnish, improving production rates. UV curing also allows for immediate packaging of treated parts.
